Work is continuing on the careful renovation of this important listed building in the heart of Newton Abbot.
Our team is using sympathetic construction and restoration techniques to preserve the building’s historic character while transforming it into an exciting new market space for the town.

Once complete, the new market will provide a vibrant hub for local traders, independent businesses, and the wider community — breathing new life into a much-loved landmark while supporting Newton Abbot’s ongoing growth.

We have started work on another exciting project for Teignbridge District Council. This is a set of works designed to revitalise the Grade II listed Market Hall in Newton Abbot and its surrounding area, to enhance the buildings historical significance while adapting it for modern use.

This will be a great project for the local community and surrounding area.
