We have recently given 4 dormers a facelift on this house in Wallacestone.
We fitted Freefoam PVC Rosewood fascia boards and soffits and completed with black Klober dry verge for a highly aesthetic maintenance free finish.
The customer no longer has to get up to paint the fascia’s on the dormers.

We have just completed this Fatra pvc single ply roof in Grangemouth using Fatrafol fully adhered membrane.

We removed the old failing flat roof on this house and replaced for an all new watertight and highly aesthetic flat roof system.
We also removed the disused chimney as it was a cause for concern for this roof.

We are certified Fatra registered installers.

This was a wee job we done in Alloa changing a dome skylight for a pyramid lantern style skylight. This is a great looking window and provides fantastic light.

An update to this extension we fully renovated in Larbert.

✅ We installed Fatra fully adhered pvc single ply system to this roof as we are Fatra approved register installers.
✅ We installed a pyramid skylight for added light and modern aesthetics.
✅ We installed white pvc fascia’s soffits and gutters.
✅ We use Freefoam for all our pvc as we think they are the best.
✅ The customer also had a log burner fitted when we were working here and we were on hand to help install the flue and make watertight around the flue.
✅ We brought the extension up to date with all relevant insulation, framed and plasterboarded and finished with taping and filling.
✅ Fitted new floor joists, insulation and new floor boards.
✅ Fitted a new window and moved the patio doors.
✅ Bricked up externally to suit new layout.
✅ Roughcasted the extension using sikawall topcoat and hit with required chip to get a close match for the main house.

We recently completed this composite steel sheeting job for one of our commercial clients in Dundee.
✅We installed all of our own safety to the building.
✅ Stripped and safely disposed of the old failing asbestos sheeting.
✅ We then installed new light grey composite panels to the roof to provide upgraded insulation for a watertight and efficient commercial roof solution.
✅ We replaced the exterior steel sheeting for a modern anthracite steel sheet.
✅ Our own in house joiners created a pitch for the lower flat roofs then we steel sheeted to match the rest of the building changing all of the rainwater from internal to external.
✅ We replaced all of the windows and fire doors on the property and arranged for new electric roller shutter doors to complete the job to the externals of the property.

It was a pleasure being back at this property in Bo’ness to strip and reslate the back after restating the front over 15 years ago.

The roof was stripped and brought up to date with breather membrane, slated with heavy gauge Spanish slates and completed with zinc riding.

This is a roof we done in Falkirk.
We stripped the old slates and replaced for nice new grey Northstone Donard roof tiles with dry ridge and dry hip to match for a cement free, maintenance free finish.
The roof also got upgraded to breathable membrane to meet current standards.
We also use certified and regulated counter battens and tile battens.
All the gutters on this house were upgraded from old rotten and failing cast iron gutters to maintenance free black deepflow Freefoam gutters.

We completed this Freefoam PVC job in Larbert.
We transformed this roofline using white UPVC soffits and fascias with black gutters and down pipes.
We also completed the same procedure to the garage.
This house now benefits from fully maintenance free soffits and fascias eliminating the need for painting and has a fresh new look.

This is a roof we completed in Larbert.
The old roof was leaking and failing and at that point it was better to replace the roof.
It was stripped and breather membraned.
Counter battened and tile battened with regularised and certified timber.
Tiled with grey Northstone Donard Roof tiles with a dry ridge system and dry Klober dry verge to match for a maintenance free durable finish.
We also installed new white Freefoam PVC fascia’s soffits and gutters to this house for a clean cut modern look and eliminating the need for yearly maintenance and painting.
This chimney on this house was roughcasted using Sika topcoat and a chip to get a reasonable match for the house.
