Has a customer ever asked you to provide a chimney sweep reminder service?

It sounds like a great idea, but when you have thousands of customers on your books, implementation is a whole another matter.

Have you then setup a system which involves multiple spreadsheets
and Endless hours of admin sending emails every day?
Or multiple reminders in your diary system
or having to reply on your customers to do the reminders themselves
Have you then lost work because your newer customers, the ones that only used you for the first time then forgot who their chimney sweep was, did a quick search on google and booked one of your competitors?

Problem - the rising costs of admin staff
Customers who forget to have their chimneys swept for years, leading to increased risks of a chimney fire.
Solution -
Say hello to the Automated Chimney Sweep reminder System.

Using AI Fusion’s All In One Chimney Sweep Software CRM and Automations, spending hours each week trying to work out who to remind is a thing of the past. Let our automations do it for you, take that time and spend it with your family and taking walks, while our systems do the work for you. all for the cost of only £49 per month.

Saving you £ thousands! over the course of a year.

At happy chimney sweep, we have spent a lot of time and money reminding customers about their yearly chimney sweeps, not to mention the hours of admin booking in those sweep, finding a day, agreeing the time, countless emails back and forth.

Booking admin used to cost us at least £20,000 per year, now we use automations to do the work for us saving at least 4 hours per day of expensive admin labour.
We have increased our profit on each sweep by a massive 50%, allowing us to even reduce our prices to our most loyal custimomers, giving them discounts of £10 or £20 per sweep.

This is helping our customers and making sure they stay with us in difficult financial times.

If you take the cost of the software at £49 per month x 12 equals £588 per month plus a once off £100 setup fee and nominal usage costs for emails and text messages of around £20 per month. The savings have been huge!

That’s not even taking into account the added years onto your life from the ease and reduction in stress during the peak season!

The Automated Chimney Sweep reminder System means that our customers get reminded on autopilot, plus with the Automated Booking System (sold separately) they book by visiting a website, choosing the day and time that suits them, making a payment online while getting a good discount for doing so.

Because as we see it, its such a massive cost saving, we have decided to gift some of that saving onto our happy customers. Who doesnt need a discount these days with the price of everything seeming to rise by the day.

For example.. if our regular price for a stove sweep was £60, normally £20 of that cost went to the admin process. That’s hours of back and forth emails saved.

We can share that cost saving with our customers and reduce the price of the sweep and still make more money! While our competitors have to raise their prices to keep up with the rise in the costs of fuel and admin costs, we can drop ours!

Cost

£49 per month
DFY setup - £100

Our Guarantee:

30 Day Money Back Guarantee (No questions asked)

After 12 months - If our system doesn’t save you at least 100 hours per year in admin time or £1000 in costs. We will give you your money back!

Plus we will pay you and extra £100 for wasting your time.

Slash Chimney Sweep Costs, Boost Profits Effortlessly! Revolutionize chimney upkeep with our Automated Chimney Sweep Reminder System, slashing costs and simplifying bookings for seamless, efficient service.
