1st post in quite a while and unfortunately taken the decision due to ongoing health issues this will be last business post.have taken the hard decision to take early retirement due to health issues from early April.may I take this opportunity to thank all my customers who have supported me the past 5+ years for their valued custom.will always be here to give any advice should anyone require it.thank you all.

Before and after photos of living room transformation completed for new customers this week.was a pleasure transforming this living room in a house filled with period fittings.ceiling and cornices prepared and 2 coats of off white applied to ceiling,cornices,and mouldings with the freeze and narrow band picked out in maroon emulsion as a feature to compliment the wallpaper.archway prepared and given an undercoat and 2 coats of satinwood.walls filled and prepared before applying luxury wallpaper.the end result absolutely stunning for the character of the house.the grained woodwork was left as the patina was in character of the room.customers delighted which as usual Is my main aim with all work carried out.

Living room recently completed for new customers. Walls stripped,filled and prepared for applying new wallpaper.ceiling and cornice emulsioned white.walls papered with a luxury check wallpaper which was supplied by customer.not the easiest shaped room to apply a check paper to but worked in splendidly.customer delighted with end result which is always my main aim.

Kitchen decoration completed for lovely repeat customer this week.customer wanted a more modern look away from magnolia and boy has this been achieved with colours chosen.ceiling and cornice emulsioned in brilliant white with 3 walls done in a dove grey shade and feature wall picked out in teal blue.walls coated with dulux easycare emulsion.woodwork undercoated and glossed with brilliant white dulux.happy to say customer delighted with the transformation.for any decoration enquiries please don't hesitate to get in touch.

1st post in quite a while but recent kitchen renovation decoration work carried out for lovely couple.walls prepared and lined in preparation for painting.ceiling emulsioned in white and walls coated in a washable stone coloured emulsion to compliment the units and surfaces.all wood undercoated and coated with white satinwood.taking bookings now for autumn and winter season so don't hesitate to get in touch for free estimates and advice.

Just completed papering job for lovely repeat customers.walls fully stripped and prepared for papering.facings and skirting undercoated and glossed in brilliant white.walls papered in luxury quality wallpaper.2nd papering job for this couple and a pure delight to work with the paper provided.pure quality.customer to strip paint off doors back to natural wood to complete the room.

Recent kitchen decoration for lovely new customers.walls all previously white so customer wanted to add bit of colour to compliment the grey units.3 walls coated with dulux easy care emulsion in a peanut colour to give hard wearing spillage protection.feature wall papered with a contour paper which has given a nice contrast with both the walls and units.happy to say customer delighted with the new transformation.

Before and after photos of papering of a living room completed this week for lovely new customers.walls stripped prepared and sized before applying new vinyl paper.this paper a pure delight to hang.most satisfying part was customers commenting that they couldn't see the join edges of paper.yes some papers do need extra work and checking back of the joins which should always be done but this one needed very little of that.only painting carried out was of display unit from stain to white.2 coats zinserr primer and 3 coats dulux white gloss being applied.

Recently completed the redecoration of kitchen for repeat customer.walls were stripped in preparation of textured paper being applied.ceiling and wood done in white.all cabinet doors and drawer fronts were washed,sanded and given 4 coats of kitchen cabinet paint and what a total transformation it has given.customer delighted with a more modern finish and eagerly awaits the fitting of a grey splashback to complete the new look.

Before and after pictures of our own house bedroom done between jobs.anna wanted bit more bold colours for a change so let her pick the colour scheme she wanted.white ceiling and woodwork and walls done in teal blue with areas done in lighter pastel colours as a feature.happy to say she's delighted but obviously now wanting bedding and curtains to match.ah well happy wife happy life.

Well back to the grindstone tomorrow after the festive break tho was roped in to do my daughter n son in laws bedroom on hogmanay week.walls stripped,thank you wee darcey for the big help doing that.walls filled,prepared and embossed paper applied.ceiling coated white and 3walls light grey with main wall picked out in royal blue.wood coated white with mirrored wardrobe doors facing picked out in light grey to match walls.wishing everyone a happy new year for 2025 and hopefully see some customers during the coming year.
