That was a graft. Access was long 😂. Over 2.5 tonn of cement, 100+ tonn of aggregate, countless amounts of primer. Thankfully only the fencing to do. Would have been so much harder without the squad we’ve got. Special thanks to .groundworks for the help with the prep, for the last minute alterations and our Connor just pigging about the Hog. Not quite the biggest we’ve done but definitely could be the hardest work wise. New drainage system installed for diverting standing water and rain water away from the building and patio.

York stone flags lifted up out of the property. Stored and cleaned ready for a total transformation in the back garden. Buying these would have been some outlay. The stories these could tell you 🤯. We used old stone heads for steps and the biggest flag I’ve come across 1800+ by 1400 for the fireplace hearth. Preserved, restored, reused!
