Connor’s been finishing up these two mild steel handrails this week, taking them from raw material through full fabrication.

Each section has been cut, prepped, aligned and welded in‑house, with all joints dressed back for a clean finish.

They’ve been test‑fitted on the bench, checked for straightness and durability, and are now ready to head into painting.

Solid work and another pair of custom pieces moving smoothly through the workshop.

This week has seen strong, steady progress across all tractor unit builds moving through the workshop.

Laser‑cut panels, folded sections and structural components have been flowing through fabrication, with assemblies now taking shape as units move from fit‑up into final build stages.

Consistent weld quality, accurate alignment and clean finishing have kept everything on schedule, with multiple units progressing in parallel. Brackets, housings, guards and enclosure panels have all been produced to spec, supporting ongoing fleet requirements with dependable, ready‑to‑fit components.

🔧 Slide Production in Motion — From Flat Sheet to Formed Structure

One of the most defining stages in slide fabrication is the transition from flat‑profile sheet metal to fully formed geometry. This week’s run is moving through that process, with each panel being folded on the press brake to achieve the precise angles, strength and consistency required for safe, durable play equipment.

Every bend is measured, aligned and checked against the build spec. The forming stage isn’t just about shaping metal — it’s where the structural integrity of the final slide begins. Once these components come off the brake, they’re ready for the next step in the workflow: assembly, welding and final finishing.
