Brand‑new custom food trailer coming together nicely this week.

The full stainless interior is now installed, with the cooking line, fryers, griddle, extraction, refrigeration and prep areas all fitted and tested. Plumbing, electrics and hygiene stations are in place, and the exterior service hatch is fully mounted and balanced.

A solid step forward in turning this unit into a fully operational mobile kitchen — built to spec, built to last, and built for busy service.

More progress to follow as we move into final detailing and commissioning.
