A complete transformation on this family home 🏡

Here’s Part 1 of this extension project in Eastbourne.

As well as building the extension, we installed a structural steel, insulated and clad the original house, and completed two brand new bathrooms to bring the whole property together.

Every stage was carefully planned to create a home that’s not only bigger, but warmer, more practical and finished to a high standard.

A beautiful transformation to this home with a rear extension designed to create more practical living space and a real connection to the garden.

This project included a paved area leading up to the upper garden, while stepping down into a stunning kitchen extension complete with a central island, seating area and skylights bringing in plenty of natural light.

To make the space even more comfortable all year round, we also installed underfloor heating throughout the kitchen.

We also created a downstairs toilet and shower room, along with a utility space to make everyday living that bit more practical.

A great example of making the most of the space available while creating a bright, functional extension that blends beautifully with the home.

Progress shots from our recent project at the beach club in Pett Level, Winchelsea.

This shows the work as it came together, from groundwork through to installing the disabled access ramp, extending the front steps and fitting the railings.

We also carried out drainage adjustments and re-concreted the side path to keep access through to the rear garden.

A good example of how the process comes together step by step to get the final result right.
