More operations in one setup = a more efficient way of machining complex components.

Our Star SR-38 Type B combines turning, milling, drilling and angular machining capabilities, helping us reduce setups while maintaining the accuracy and consistency our gear components require.

Its 10-axis configuration and B-axis capability give us the flexibility to tackle intricate geometries and complete more of the machining in a single cycle. 🙌

A rack might look like a fairly simple component. The engineering behind it isn't always quite so simple.

The right tooth form, pitch and material can all make a difference to how the rack performs as part of the wider system.

Our straight racks are manufactured with generated tooth forms, which can be produced in a range of shapes and materials including Delrin, brass, steel, titanium and stainless steel.

We can also supply racks with processed ends for continuous long-run applications, giving customers more flexibility when it comes to the finished setup. ⚙️
