The trust put in us for this project and the hospitality shown to all involved really was second to none…. None of us wanted this project to end…..

📍Birtley Project - Single storey kitchen extension.

We are roughly 4 weeks in to this one and MW Plastering & Rendering is in already getting us boarded and skimmed ready for the kitchen fit.

Our scaffold is ready to come down - Allscaff services ltd. Scaffolding
local, reliable and trusted with all of our projects.

A really enjoyable project for us this one, working for yet more Sunderland fans….. I honestly didn’t realise there was so many…. 😂

As always… the trust put in us to come and go as we please in family homes is never taken for granted.

We may fall behind at times, we may be slower to reply to messages or deliver quotes, but please remember, as well as all of the above… we also have families and personal lives….

✨More lovely gifts from our wonderful customers on our latest completed project…..

We really have been so fortunate to work for some of the best people…. The hospitality we have received on this particular project in East Boldon has been second to none…. We are all a bit sad to see this one come to an end but we cant drag it out any longer 😂….

One thing we never take for granted is the amount of trust people have in us to not only take on the project, but to allow us into their family home….

All good things come to an end….. onto the next one ❤️

2026 is now completely full……. Our next available date for any building work is March 2027 and we currently have a stack of quotes to get through, we do appreciate your patience.

📍A very productive week on our Birtley project….

A 500kg delivery of steel from our local, trusted and reliable supplier Phoenix steel.

All steels are now in place with pad-stones built in to support.

Brickwork can now be complete and the roofing works to follow on as we continue to make good progress on this latest kitchen extension.

With multiple projects at various stages its very busy times for us at the moment and it certainly isnt slowing down. With our next extension in Whitburn due to start in the coming weeks as-well as lots of other fantastic projects in the pipeline.

✨The main reason we are currently behind schedule……

Its no secret I had a bit of an accident with a sthil saw a couple of months back…. Now this couldn’t have come at a worse time due to how busy we are….

Im pleased to say that Im now fully healed, fully refreshed after a week’s holiday and we are now full steam ahead and looking to get ourselves back on track.

We do have to offer our thanks to our customers who I must say, have all been so patient and understanding with the situation. We have tried our very best to manage things and not fall too far behind.

✨Please note, our next availability for domestic extensions is March 2027.

We have very limited space for a couple of smaller projects later in the year but apart from that we are more or less fully booked until March.

A massive thank you for the continued support, interaction with the page and the recommendations we receive.

✨After a much needed break away with my family, I am now back replying to all messages we have received via our social media pages asap….

We have some lovely chunks of steel being delivered to our Gateshead site tomorrow so that will be a lovely welcome return for me 😂…

We will be dropping some fantastic transformations we have been working on soon….

So glad i brought the Cyprus weather back home with me 🤷‍♂️….

We will be in contact with everyone asap.

✨Weekly progress……

📍Our Hebburn extension is just about complete and to be signed off next week… 4 week turnaround on that one.

📍Our South shields project is currently being plastered, with the kitchen delivery due next week…. Final stages pending

📍Our Jarrow renovation is 99% complete with the last few bits of the puzzle remaining

📍 Our new Gateshead extension is well underway now, Brickwork has commenced, floor to be poured and scaffold erected next week.

📍Our East boldon dual extension and garden works is also 99% complete as we look to get that one over the line next week all going well

We have been incredibly fortunate to have so many customers in the local area put their trust in us to carry out work in their homes, the support is much appreciated. ❤️

We would also like to extend our thanks to the lads who keep our numerous projects moving, with new contractors coming on board who are able to meet our high standards as we continue to build our ever growing reputation. 🙌
