Here we’ve installed a PIV system, which stands for Positive Input Ventilation.
The unit gently introduces fresh, filtered air into the property, usually from the loft space, and creates a slight positive pressure inside the home. This helps push out stale, moisture-heavy air through natural gaps and vents.
The main benefit is reducing condensation, mould growth, and that musty damp smell, especially in colder months when windows are kept shut.
It’s a low-energy, low-maintenance system that quietly improves air quality throughout the home, helping create a fresher, healthier living environment
