That was the challenge at 17 Newman Street in Fitzrovia, where EC1 Build were delivering a modern multi-tenanted workspace for WorkPad.

The client required a secure and reliable office access control system capable of handling high daily footfall, while still complementing the building’s premium interior design.

We delivered a triple-lane UKT-25 stainless steel speed gate installation, fully integrated with Salto access control and mounted onto a bespoke anti-slip floorplate tailored specifically to the reception layout.

Being let down by a supplier is frustrating enough… but when it leaves your site unsecured and against the clock, it quickly becomes a major operational risk.

That was the situation faced by ID Logistics at Panattoni Park in Sittingbourne, where key operational areas required stronger perimeter security and controlled access for authorised personnel only.

With very limited time before the site became operational, UK Turnstiles stepped in to deliver a complete perimeter security solution combining full height turnstiles, mesh fencing, and pedestrian gates across both internal and external areas of the site.

At Langstone Park Business Centre, uncontrolled vehicle access was causing congestion and safety concerns for tenants and visitors.

We installed a robust ANPR camera and barrier control system to manage access efficiently while allowing tenants to manage their own users independently.

The solution included:

• UKT-220 Automatic Vehicle Barriers paired with Hanwha Vision ANPR cameras
• Cloud-based ANPR barrier control system for easy user management
• Paxton Access Ltd intercoms and handsets for guest and delivery access
