She has a proven track record of leading complex schemes, managing teams, working closely with key stakeholders and maintaining high technical and quality standards.

Anne will play a key role in strengthening and supporting our growing Flood & Water Management capability.

We’re delighted to welcome Stephanie, who joined us as Office Manager, based in Hungerford.

Stephanie brings over 15 years’ experience in operations and office management across construction and related sectors, with a particularly strong background in Health & Safety compliance, process improvement and supporting senior leadership teams. Her experience will be a real asset in supporting the business as we continue to grow.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going on long walks with her dog Douglas and getting stuck into a good book, We’re looking forward to getting to know her better over the coming weeks.

"Leading the Flood and Water Management Team I can get embroiled in the technical challenges of detailed flood modelling and arguing the finer points of hydrology with the EA; at the other end of the spectrum I will be collaborating with a client team, setting out the flood risk constraints and opportunities and looking for ways to design elements to deliver flood mitigation which also provide BNG benefits, active travel opportunities or valuable amenity space.

It's immensely satisfying as a team when our understanding of flooding, through modelling or in the planning context, can be used in a positive way: helping a developer appreciate concerns of local residents or feeding into a truly sustainable development. Being able to draw on the expertise of my transport and infrastructure colleagues allows me to embrace the wider aspects of a project."

Past project spotlight!

We supported the delivery of Shinfield Studios, a major film and TV production campus in Berkshire, helping to bring forward a nationally significant creative development.

Our team provided transport planning advice, supporting the project through the planning process with input on access arrangements, site layout and the wider transport impacts of the development, helping to address technical requirements and support a robust planning submission.

A strong example of collaborative working to enable a complex commercial development with specialist operational needs. ✅
