We were delighted to be invited to the opening of The Equal Programme Lochshore Garden.

Lowmac Alloys were proud to support the project through donations of IBC's and compost.

The gardens looked fantastic and it was great to hear about the incredible work being carried out and the positive impact its having on the community!

🐾 A great rescue story from the Lowmac Team this week 🐾

One of our employees discovered a pine marten that came into our site from Dalmellington in a skip. The animal was safely rescued and made comfortable until the RSPCA attended.

The pine marten is healthy and being returned back home by the RSPCA.

Well done to the team at Ayr for spotting the animal and acting quickly and also to the RSPCA who arrived quickly 🖤

🚛🐄 Lowmac Alloys Ltd are proud to be the official Waste Management Provider for the Ayr County Show on Saturday 9th May!

We will be supplying bins and skips across the showground to help keep one of Scotland’s biggest agricultural events clean, safe and running smoothly throughout the day.

A huge effort goes into events like this and we are delighted to support the Ayrshire Agricultural Association with reliable waste management services again this year.

🚨 UPDATE: The Mystery of the Wandering Wheelie Bin... SOLVED 🚨

After causing quite a stir (and a few laughs 😃) we are happy to report that the runaway wheelie bin has now been returned to its rightful owner. No wheelie bins were harmed in the process!

Big events need reliable support behind the scenes 🏇♻️

We’re proud to be keeping things clean and running smoothly at the Scottish Grand National this weekend!

Lowmac Alloys Ltd has delivered 60 bins on-site, with our bin truck servicing the event across the full weekend to ensure everything stays spotless for racegoers, staff and everyone enjoying the event.

From the roar of the crowd to the final race, we’ve got waste management covered ♻️

Money raised at our annual charity golf day has helped support another five local schools.

We were delighted to team up with Lowmac Waste & Recycling once again to help drop off a cheque for £1,000 to Bellsbank Primary, from their annual golf day funding.

Gordon and Alison had the pleasure of visiting Crosshouse Hospital to drop off selection boxes for the childrens ward.

It was heart warming to see the ward in full festive spirit from balloon tying elves entertaining the children to the fantastic work Michelle was doing to ensure every child receives a gift at Christmas.

We would like to thank Graeme Meldrum for coordinating this and for the incredible effort that goes into bringing smiles to the children and families at such a special time of year.

We are sure our contribution will help spread a little Christmas Magic 🎅🎄
