Meet Simon, Lottie and their five children!
With a growing family, they had been considering moving to a larger home to give everyone the space they needed. But after looking into the costs and upheaval of moving, they realised just how much they loved their current home, not to mention the friendships they’d built with their neighbours over the years.
So, rather than move house they decided to make better use of the home they already loved… and that’s where The Loft Room came in! ❤️
Simon and Lottie got in touch with us with one main goal… they desperately needed more space and wanted to know if we could create two additional double bedrooms, both with their own en-suites within their existing unused loft space.
After visiting the property, talking through their ideas and looking at what could be achieved, we were confident we could create exactly the space their family needed.
Fast forward to today and what a transformation! 🙌
It’s fantastic to see the whole family looking so happy and settled. They now have the extra space they needed, they all have rooms of their own and best of all, they’ve been able to stay in the home and neighbourhood they already loved.
Sometimes you don’t need to move to find your dream family home… you just need to look up! 🏡✨
