✨ When the Scaffolding comes down and you see the transformation! ✨

This loft conversion is really starting to show its true character. The new dormer blends with the existing property, giving our clients valuable extra living space while looking like it’s always been part of the home.

🥵 It’s been a scorching week, and to be honest, it’s been unbearable at times! But despite the heat, the lads have kept pushing on and we’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved. 💪

This week we’ve brought our loft conversion dormer to near completion, and the final brickwork on our extension is now finished and ready for the roofers to take over 🧱🏠

A huge thank you to the team for their hard work, dedication and quality workmanship, especially in these temperatures 👏

Can’t believe it’s been over a year since we completed this bespoke extension! 🤩

This project was all about maximising natural light and creating an incredible open living space. It’s a great example of how thoughtful design can completely change the feel of a home

1 single bricklayer to work alongside our current ones. Own transport
1 joiner who has knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix cut roof knowledge would be a bonus, own tools and transport
1 labourer who has laboured all trades. Own transport

All to be self employed

🏡 Progress Update: Loft Conversion

Every project has that stage where you can see it all coming together… and this project has reached that point with the roofing, gutters and windows all now installed 🙌🙌

It’s amazing how much extra space a loft conversion can create while blending in with the existing property

There’s still plenty to do but we’re excited to see this one moving into the next phase and can’t wait to show you the finished transformation

Flashback to one of our favourite renovations

This wasn’t just a standard renovation, it was a complete remodel and transformation of a family home

From reimagining the layout to creating brand-new living spaces, every element was planned and built to create our clients vision
