Recent activity has focused on excavation and foundation exposure, allowing assessment and preparation for new structural elements. The existing wall sections have been stripped back and reinforced, with timber framing now in place ready for upgrades.

Oadby Baptist Church – Oasis Hall Refurbishment Update

Strong progress on the Oasis Hall project this week as several key stages move forward.

First fix electrical works are now complete, allowing us to push on with internal upgrades. Wall improvement works have begun across the hall, and the rear access door has been fully bricked up to support the revised layout.

Externally, repointing of defective masonry sections is now finished, and all Helifix structural repairs have been completed to stabilise weakened areas of brickwork.

Railway Arms Demolition Project Begins - Roof Removal and Rebuild

We’re at the Railway Arms in Kibworth near Market Harborough, where we’ve started a major demolition job today. We’ve removed the slates and are taking the structure down to footing level, with three-quarters of the building being demolished. We’re rebuilding the internal wall to become an exterior wall. We’re hoping the weather stays clear to keep the work on track, and we’ll be sharing updates as the project progresses.
