Templates make life so much easier!

Pretty close to finishing the refurbishment of the fish boxes that usually sit atop the Reaper. Today they were stencilled front and back. A huge shout out goes to Kirsty Macdonald at LaserFlair in Leven for creating and donating the new acetate stencil: boy did it make the job easier! Thanks, Kirsty!

Cask numbers on the laser this week, 10mm Scottish Oak destined for a local distillery.

Still got a bit of sanding to do to clean up but great looking cask numbers!

Stainless steel lasered yesterday, this is a ceramic type finish very weather durable. Off to a customer to go with the ones I did last year.

Nice way to add names to boards or benches.

January's been busy here with the normal orders but we love a challenge so when a customer asks us to laser an instrument panel we work and test til it's right.

Turns out frosted glass lasers pretty well, even better than the trials on normal glass!

This is part of a machine that needs precise measurements, the markings had been painted on but had long since been wiped off. Wee stint on the laser, problem solved - markings visible forever!

Love how versatile this machine is, now to do some more trials for some other projects!
