Another fantastic transformation completed! 👌

We lifted and removed the old paving, fully prepared the area with a solid new base, and laid brand new buff paving flags throughout. We then reused the existing block paving to create a smart border around the edge and finished it off with a bespoke half-moon step🌙.

The transformation is unbelievable – the rear of the property now looks like a completely different space, creating a clean, modern patio that's ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Another transformation completed by JAS Projects NW Ltd 👌

This one involved removing a single skin wall that had started to fail and was leaning over, along with removing the existing metal gate post's and clearing out reeds to completely reset the area.

From there we:

✅ Excavated and installed a new concrete footing
✅ Rebuilt a brand new double skin wall
✅ Installed new coping stones for a clean finished look
✅ Added a solid end post to complete the structure

It has been a pleasure to be part of the transformation at annie's kitchen! 👌

We completely refreshed the front of the café by installing composite cladding, constructing a bespoke timber-framed canopy, and fitting anthracite grey uPVC soffits and fascias for a clean, modern finish.

To complete the makeover, we painted the upper frontage and planters, and laid artificial grass to create a welcoming outdoor seating area for customers to enjoy.

A fantastic transformation that has really enhanced the appearance of the business. It's already looking amazing!

🚧 Another job completed! 🚧

This Indian stone driveway had unfortunately moved significantly, with a number of cracked and uneven flags. Once lifted, we discovered the original installation had only been dot and dabbed rather than laid on a full bed, which had caused movement over time.

✅ Lifted and thoroughly cleaned all existing flags
✅ Removed old concrete and prepared the area correctly
✅ Re-levelled the sub-base
✅ Re-laid all flags on a full mortar bed for a proper long-lasting finish
✅ Added extra stone sets to the front of the driveway
✅ Sorted drainage issues and installed recessed lids for a neater look
✅ Lifted and re-secured loose flags to the rear of the property
✅ Removed all old pointing and fully re-pointed throughout

A massive transformation and, more importantly, a driveway built to last properly this time 💪

Another transformation completed ✅🔥

This new build garden needed a complete overhaul after the original turf installation became a real nightmare, uneven levels, poor sub-base and simply not fit for purpose.

We completely removed the existing turf and carried out a full redesign to create a clean, practical and seamless outdoor space for this new build home.

✔️ Extended the patio area and brought it in line with the decking we previously installed
✔️ Added a new pathway from the back gate down the side of the garage
✔️ Installed pet-friendly artificial grass with a block paving border to create a clean framed finish
✔️ Fitted recessed manhole covers to keep them hidden and maintain the overall look
✔️ Battoned fencing throughout to create one seamless finish — no more mismatched fencing panels
✔️ Built sleeper planters all the way around and finished them with golden gravel
✔️ Replaced the existing gravel around the rear of property to match everything together perfectly
✔️ Stained all new timber, sleepers and the existing decking to protect it and create a seamless colour match throughout

The finished result is a modern, low maintenance garden that complements this new build home beautifully. Practical, tidy and built to last 👌

Another job completed 🙌

We’ve recently finished preparing this garden space ready for a brand new Summer House and Pergola 🔨

Works included:
• Full dig out of the area
• Installation of Terram membrane
• Mesh fitted along the fence line to help deter any rodents
• Sub-base installed and fully compacted
• Heavy-duty concrete flags laid to create a solid base for the summer house & pergola
• Additional area dug out and stoned up, ready for the customer to install their sleeper flower bed once the structure is in place

Everything prepped properly from the ground up to ensure a long-lasting, solid finish 👍

A paving job completed ✅️

These flags had previously been laid on the wrong substrate which caused them to move and become uneven over time. We lifted and relaid the existing flags properly on the correct base to ensure they stay solid and level for years to come.

We also added an extra row of flags to the rear to extend the area and give the space a cleaner, more finished look.
