✨ Another project completed by JAS Projects NW Ltd ✨

A lovely transformation completed for a customer recently.

We started by removing the existing fencing before installing new concrete posts and gravel boards with fresh fence panels, giving the garden a much cleaner and more finished look.

We then created a brand-new composite decking area, using a beautiful oak-effect composite board. The decking has completely transformed the space and gives the customer a fantastic, low-maintenance area to enjoy. 🌿

A great combination of new fencing and decking to make the most of the garden.

A full transformation of this garden area, with everything prepared ready for the new summer house and a brand-new Indian stone patio.

🔹 Dug out and stoned up a new base ready for the summer house, which will be installed using Easypads
🔹 Removed the existing stone and patio area
🔹 Installed new Indian stone paving in its place
🔹 Fitted granite setts between the pergola legs
🔹 Laid porcelain tiles around the pergola area

From an unused, corner to a space that can be enjoyed! 👌

Our customer had conifers removed and wanted to make the most of the area that had been hidden away for years. With the ground sloping, we designed and built a raised composite decking area to create a level, practical space – and the transformation speaks for itself.

To make it blend seamlessly with the rest of the garden, we:
✅ Installed composite decking to complement the existing wooden decking and sleeper planters.
✅ Added matching balustrades to tie everything together.
✅ Created a safe, durable and low-maintenance area that's perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

It's amazing how much bigger the area now feels, simply by making use of what was once an awkward corner.

Another fantastic transformation completed! 👌

We lifted and removed the old paving, fully prepared the area with a solid new base, and laid brand new buff paving flags throughout. We then reused the existing block paving to create a smart border around the edge and finished it off with a bespoke half-moon step🌙.

The transformation is unbelievable – the rear of the property now looks like a completely different space, creating a clean, modern patio that's ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Another transformation completed by JAS Projects NW Ltd 👌

This one involved removing a single skin wall that had started to fail and was leaning over, along with removing the existing metal gate post's and clearing out reeds to completely reset the area.

From there we:

✅ Excavated and installed a new concrete footing
✅ Rebuilt a brand new double skin wall
✅ Installed new coping stones for a clean finished look
✅ Added a solid end post to complete the structure

Safe, secure and built properly to last for years to come 💪

It has been a pleasure to be part of the transformation at annie's kitchen! 👌

We completely refreshed the front of the café by installing composite cladding, constructing a bespoke timber-framed canopy, and fitting anthracite grey uPVC soffits and fascias for a clean, modern finish.

To complete the makeover, we painted the upper frontage and planters, and laid artificial grass to create a welcoming outdoor seating area for customers to enjoy.

A fantastic transformation that has really enhanced the appearance of the business. It's already looking amazing!

Works completed:

• Removed and disposed of old patio and existing wall

• Full ground preparation completed ready for new installation

• Supplied and laid beautiful new Indian stone patio

• Built a new wall with brick facing chosen to complement and tie in aesthetically with the Indian stone

• Fitted recessed manhole lid for a clean, seamless finish within the patio

• Created a brand new indian stone patio area at the bottom of the garden

🚧 Another job completed! 🚧

This Indian stone driveway had unfortunately moved significantly, with a number of cracked and uneven flags. Once lifted, we discovered the original installation had only been dot and dabbed rather than laid on a full bed, which had caused movement over time.

✅ Lifted and thoroughly cleaned all existing flags
✅ Removed old concrete and prepared the area correctly
✅ Re-levelled the sub-base
✅ Re-laid all flags on a full mortar bed for a proper long-lasting finish
✅ Added extra stone sets to the front of the driveway
✅ Sorted drainage issues and installed recessed lids for a neater look
✅ Lifted and re-secured loose flags to the rear of the property
✅ Removed all old pointing and fully re-pointed throughout

A massive transformation and, more importantly, a driveway built to last properly this time 💪
