Our engineering team has been on site putting the finishing touches to a brand-new mixer discharge elevator supplied by Guttridge, alongside upgraded conveyor routing.

The project includes replacing the existing elevator, modifying an existing discharge conveyor and installing new conveyors, slide valves and chute work.

The new sett-up connects both mixers to all pelleting lines, giving our customer greater flexibility in how material is sent through the plant.

Out on site this week taking a look around the current facility before a massive new project kicks off early next year.

There’s always something great about getting out on these early site visits. Today was all about seeing the existing setup in action and getting a proper feel for how the plant runs day-to-day.

It’s a huge step forward for the customer a brand-new, purpose-built facility with a full processing system built from scratch. Starting fresh like this is going to mean a boost in capacity, faster turnaround times, and no more peak harvest bottlenecks.

We spent yesterday at the PPMA Show checking out the latest processing equipment and materials handling tech. Keeping up with new kit on the market ensures we're always offering the best possible process lines to our customers.
