Another successful project completed.

We are currently decommissioning five 10kW Daikin single-split systems and replacing them with new 10kW Toshiba units. The upgraded systems will provide the site with significantly more efficient heating and cooling, ensuring greater comfort and energy performance throughout the year.

Having not shared any recent projects for some time, we felt it was the perfect opportunity to showcase what Regan Air have been delivering over the past three months.
During this period, we have been undertaking air conditioning installations for a well-established retail and leisure chain across the UK, providing reliable heating and cooling solutions to a wide range of environments including commercial kitchens, customer retail areas, and server rooms.
Alongside our commercial projects, we have also successfully completed a number of domestic installations, continuing to provide the same high standards of workmanship and service across every sector.
It has been an extremely busy and productive few months for the team, and we look forward to sharing more upcoming projects in the near future.

Decommissioning and replacement of existing air conditioning systems for a well-known high street retail client.
We were appointed to safely decommission and remove the existing systems at their newly acquired office and warehouse premises.
Following removal, we designed and installed new air conditioning systems to serve the server room and office areas, ensuring reliable climate control and optimal operating conditions.

Another 🌱 project carried out for a church.
The scope of works included providing heating to the main church area and the canteen space. Following detailed heat loss calculations, a system was designed to deliver a total heating capacity of 30 kW.
Mitsubishi Electric single-split systems were selected for the project. Full design, installation, and commissioning were provided as part of the works.

A very 🌱 eco friendly installation carried out. The clients requirements was to provide heating to the living space and office space as well as a holiday rental. A beautiful property so being discet with the installation was key as well as a sysytem that will be highly energy efficient.

A recent installation completed at The Royal Hotel, Bideford.
The hotel’s existing system required replacement due to obsolete components, and they were seeking a greener, more energy-efficient solution for both heating and cooling.

After conducting detailed heat-loss calculations and assessing the cooling requirements, we recommended two Fujitsu 14 kW single-split cassette systems—providing reliable performance with improved efficiency.

AHU DX installation piped up and ready for the manufacturer to commission. The two VRV condensers will produce a total of 80kw of heating/cooling for the main area of a renowned casino.

A Planned preventive visit carried out on a retail site in Brighton. A full report given with some remedial works required due to the harsh environment that the plant is subject too.

Completion and handover of a 10kw Samsung Windfree multi split system. This system was designed and installed by us. We had to factor in high heat loads due to the solar gain in both the Kitchen/dining space and the orangery space.
The client chose the windfree free range for both aesthetics and functionality.
We provided a full turnkey installation.
