VVB Engineering’s, Stuart Quarterman MCIOB, MIET, LCGI, MinstLM presented at the ITA COSUF 6th Bi-Annual Tunnel Safety Forum in Brussels where he shared our approach to systems led infrastructure projects and the challenges we faced upgrading the Blackwall Northbound tunnel.

This year’s conference allowed a wide range of experts to share their experiences and to discuss best practice, tunnel safety and innovations from around the world.

The ITA COSUF is the Centre of Excellence for world-wide exchange of information and know-how on operational safety, security, and application of technology in underground spaces.

A great conference to attend, connecting with like-minded individuals.

Following our Times article last week VVB Engineering are excited to be able to present our new ‘Systems Led Infrastructure’ video. It outlines our understanding of the Systems Led concept and VVB Engineering’s service offering across the entire delivery lifespan of Infrastructure projects.

It starts to explore our thoughts on how a focus on Outputs at the start of a scheme can benefit societal and Net Zero targets in addition to pure construction ones. We hope you enjoy.
