Easy prep day today, PVA and grit mixed on the walls, as the old paint was flakey and silky. We use grit mixed with PVA to create a better bond between wall and plaster. Bonding all chases, old sockets and any blown patches. Skimming the window wall to break up the room ready for tomorow 🫡

Rendering over in north cheam on a garage conversion for a very happy client, using hp12 (k-rend base coat) instead of sand and cement. Hp12 is highly water resistant, so perfect for all your rendering needs. This customer didn't want the silicon rendering finish but we can easily come back prime and spray on the silicon render at a later date.
