Working alongside MA Engineers were brought on this project in the East Midlands, when previous reports condemned the existing roof of this factory. We carried out a thorough inspection of the entire roof and designed remedial and strengthening works to avoid having to replace the entire roof structure and thus minimising factory downtime for the Client.

Site update from our project in North London with CHMRP Architects GUARDA Landscape Architects MDA Consulting and JB STRUCTURES LTD

Our involvement included full structural design services, including RC detailing for the frame. Complex ground conditions and sloping ground made for challenging foundation design. We utilised a combination of flat slabs, blade columns and core walls to frame the superstructure, with localised steelwork at roof level.

Site update from our project in Chelsea, London, working with and to create a feature staircase in a fashion boutique.

MA carried out the stair design in this retail unit spanning over two floors and taking support from a central column. Deflections and vibrations were carefully checked to deliver robust and elegantly shaped curved stair for the client. The team at were excellent in fabricating and installing this geometrically complex stair.

Site update from our project in Balham with I-Kew Services Ltd, Crowther Associates Architects and Bela Structures Ltd for Homes for Lambeth. The RC frame is due to be completed later this month.

The project comprises the construction of a part 4 , part 5 storey building with 14 residential units and a contemporary brick cladding.

Historic buildings usually present a unique set of challenges. We are closely working with the Contractor in developing repair and strengthening details for these historic timber roof trusses, right in the heart of London.

Site update from our project in the City of London with Dominvs Group, Mcaleer & Rushe, Consarc Design Group, Caldwell Consulting and Techrete. The RC frame was successfully completed earlier this year with the last elements of structural steelwork being installed now.

We are proudly sharing our completed refurbishment project in Farringdon, which included internal restructuring and the addition of a new floor. The facade was tastefully extended, keeping the original appearance and giving this building a new life.

Design nearly completed on our mixed-use development in North London, featuring retail units at lower ground and ground floor and residential accommodation on the upper floors. We are using FE analysis to achieve an efficient structural design for this six storey RC frame.
