Most cladding fires in the UK were preventable.

The problem wasn't the fire. It was the spec.

Since the Building Safety Act 2022, anyone specifying a facade over 18m has a legal duty to verify the fire classification of every layer. And "fire resistant" on a brochure means nothing without an EN 13501-1 data sheet behind it.

We only supply products with verifiable A1/A2 classifications: DensGlass, Supalux, Promat, Siderise cavity barriers, Rockwool, Knauf. Every one comes with documentation you can hand to a building inspector without flinching.
