Ok guys; I figured it out I have a theory on why non registered Oyster cards now do not give you back or refund for cash five pound deposit! The reason I’m my opinion is that the people that are cashing the cards in probably after observation are people who fair jump the trains therefore they are basically giving them a big F*** U and saying if your gonna just get the cash and ride anyway then we will still get ours ROFL!!! What y’all think??
