Things no one teaches you in school about working in BIM:
1. Half the job is naming files consistently. The other half is convincing everyone else to do the same.
2. Clash detection is 10% technical skill, 90% patience.
3. Your first model will be ugly. Well, none of us started as professionals!
4. "LOD" will come up on every client call, and you will explain it every single time like it's the first time.
5. The real syllabus is: ask questions early, save often, and never trust a file called "FINAL_v2_reallyfinal."
What would you add to the list? Modellers and PMs, we want to hear itš
