We are recruiting for a Site Manger who will have void maintenance and k&b’s experience, to join our team which provides maintenance across London and surrounding areas.
Previous supervisory or management experience will be an advantage but not essential for you to succeed in this role.
Duties:
You will be responsible for a team of directly employed trade staff.
You will survey, plan, schedule and coordinate work streams.
* Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
* Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
* Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
* Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance in a social housing environment. Including
* A track record in supervising trade staff teams.
* Using SOR codes
£47k - 57k + Benefits
