Cibco Construction has been appointed by University of Kent Academies Trust as Main Contractor for washroom and changing room refurbishment works at Chatham Grammar.

The project will involve refurbishment works across multiple washroom and changing room areas within a live education environment, requiring careful planning, phased delivery and close coordination to minimise disruption to school operations.

Works will include full strip-out, services coordination and the installation of new finishes and fixtures to deliver upgraded facilities that meet current compliance and quality standards.

Cibco Construction continues to support education clients with refurbishment and compliance-led works delivered safely within occupied buildings.

We are pleased to have completed a multi-site fire door compliance programme across retail stores throughout England and Wales.

Delivered within live trading environments, the works were undertaken out-of-hours to maintain operational continuity while providing structured inspection reporting, certified installations and coordinated remedial works at each location.

We've sucessfully delivered fire compliance upgrade works at St Augustine of Canterbury COE Primary School in Kent.

In partnership with MAC Construction Consultants and on behalf of Trinitas Academy Trust, our works included fire door replacements, fire compartmentation upgrades and roller shutter improvements.
