Embankment Exchange is located in Salford, Greater Manchester, just a few metres from Manchester city centre, minutes' walk from Manchester Victoria. The two high-rise residential towers consist of 300-unit apartments which will also boast a spa, gym, residents lounge and bar, work-from-home booths, and a 24-hour concierge.

Dating back to 1858, University of Brighton is a favored location for many students and with rapid growth, the university has now expanded its accommodation facilities. To showcase the tonalities of the neighbouring architecture, 20 colours that matched the urban landscape were placed over the external façade where M Price Contracting worked on.
