For this project, the team installed a full access scaffold around the property, creating a safe and secure working platform for major roofing and exterior works at height. From the front elevation to the upper roof levels, every section was designed to give contractors reliable access while keeping the property protected throughout the job.

This project involved a custom chimney access scaffold designed to give safe working access at roof level without compromising the property below. Tight access, height restrictions, and pitched roofing all had to be carefully considered during the build.

Every lift, platform, and access point was installed to create a secure environment for the trades working above, while keeping disruption to the homeowners to a minimum.
