After removing the plasterboard ceiling, our findings were as follows;
The plasterboards were nailed to old offcuts from roof joists. Which were subsequently nailed to the original plaster not a suitable fixing like the floor joists for the loft.
Also the extraction unit was venting into an open loft space with no ducting run at all.
With the above in mind we are taking the floor and ceiling back to joists & the walls to original framing & brickwork and starting over 0/10 👎

4 concrete lorries all completed in good time, zero mess and no faults and in the glorious sunny Ashford - Customer specified our services & was over the moon 👌

We are committed to climate change here...

Our specialist blocks have the lowest 'U' value on the market. Perfect analogy, this is like MPG in your car. You need a lot less FUEL to heat your home **As low as £100 a year**
The blocks are reclyed, fold flat for transport and very light before they are filled. Due to their size when erected we need far less deliveries.
