How can numbers change the decision? When Qualiturn Products LTD enquired, their manufacturing operation was consuming around 130-160kW per hour.

Their existing solar generation wasn't enough to meet their ambitions to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions, so we designed and installed a 153.65kWp system to work alongside their existing setup and give them the potential to produce around 250kW.

Euro Foods Barking already had a solar array when we got involved, and instead of simply adding another system, we removed and repositioned it to optimise the available roof space and integrate it with the new installation.

The completed project now includes:

⚡480kWp of solar PV
⚡898 solar modules
⚡456,052kWh estimated annual generation

How do you get the most from a commercial solar installation?

A commercial project doesn't start with counting how many panels will fit. It starts with understanding how the business uses energy.

At Fort Stamford in Plymouth, our team designed and installed a 139.5 kWp commercial rooftop solar system, carefully bespoke to the site's requirements. The project included 328 Trina solar PV modules, SolarEdge inverters and optimisers, and a bespoke Schletter mounting system designed to maximise energy generation from the site's location.

The result? 122.88 MWh of estimated annual energy generation, 23.76 tonnes of CO₂ savings every year, and a projected 4.9-year payback period.

With an estimated £528,047 in net profit over 25 years, the project demonstrates how the right commercial solar solution can reduce energy costs, lower carbon emissions, and deliver long-term value.
