This year, UKGBC is celebrating a decade of the Future Leaders programme with a special summer edition bringing together high-potential professionals from across the built environment industry to take part in a unique process of leadership and innovation.     
 
The programme kicks off this week with a two-day innovation workshop in Birmingham, where the cohort will visit inspiring case studies of locally built neighbourhood-scale infrastructurecture that uses doughnut economics as a framework and enables communities to be at the forefront of retrofitting their homes.
