Problem ➡️ Solution 💥 Studio Flat Transformation

This studio flat needed more than a cosmetic refresh. Due to water damage, we stripped the walls right back to brick, carried out full waterproofing, and rebuilt the space properly from the inside out.

We installed insulated plasterboards to improve warmth and efficiency, followed by full skimming and repainting for a smooth, clean finish. To complete the upgrade, we fitted a new electric radiator and a ventilation system, improving comfort and airflow throughout the flat.

A once-problematic space is now dry, insulated, modern, and ready for everyday living.

Lvt glue down is an excellent choice if there is going to be heavy traffic in a room.

It is also a good choice if there is any rolling traffic such as wheelchairs etc.
