🚧 Exciting Project Update from HD Construction! 🏗️
We’re proud to be playing a key role in the Tribeca project – a landmark life sciences development in the heart of King’s Cross, London, delivered by Ardmore Group
Tribeca is set to transform the area with over 260,000 sqft of cutting-edge lab and office space, alongside high-quality residential units and vibrant public spaces.
As a specialist subcontractor, HD Construction is delivering the full drylining package for this ambitious project — including all internal works and tape & joint finishes — across both Plots B & C.
🔹 Plot B – The Reflector Building:
A nine-storey ‘lab-ready’ office space featuring enhanced infrastructure tailored for scientific and tech innovation.
🔹 Plot C – Assembly and Connector Buildings:
Four interconnected buildings offering flexible lab/office space, a twelve-storey residential block with 74 units, and public/commercial spaces including a rooftop F&B hub.
