Completion – Brockley, London #

We’ve successfully completed a full house refurbishment project in Brockley, London, delivering a combination of modern construction and retained character features in line with the client’s vision.

Scope of works included:

* Full internal refurbishment
* Roof replacement
* Rear extension construction
* Structural alterations
* Finishes throughout

A key aspect of this project was preserving selected original wall features, maintaining the character of the property while integrating new elements to a high standard.

The result is a balanced finish that combines modern living spaces with traditional detailing, tailored to the client’s preferences.

To date, approximately 1,500m³ of soil has been removed, and the site is now fully prepared for the next stage — pouring the concrete slab.retaining walls and is ready for brick work

Our current package of works includes:
• Excavation (ground reduced by 2 metres)
• Drainage installation
• Concrete slab construction
• Reinforced concrete retaining walls
• Lift pits installation

The works are progressing well and in line with the programme.

One of Our Projects – Brockley, London

This is an ongoing residential refurbishment project in Brockley, London, involving structural alterations and internal reconfiguration of the property.

The works include demolitions installation of structural steel, and reconfiguration of the lower ground, ground, first, and second floors. The project features new kitchen, bathrooms and utility spaces,

The scope also includes mechanical and electrical upgrades, underfloor heating, high-quality internal finishes, decoration and repair of existing masonry elevations and external works such as new windows and doors, external insulation and cladding to the rear outrigger,
The project is being delivered in close coordination with the architect and structural engineer and is currently in progress.

We are now 4 weeks into -25-flats development, and significant progress has been made. To date, around 1,000m³ of soil has been removed, and the site is now prepared for the next stage — pouring the concrete slab.
