We are looking for a General Skilled Labourer to join our Residential Property site in the Kensington W8 area.

You will have experience of working on residential sites and be keen to learn new skills.

You MUST have your own basic hand tools (claw hammer, club hammer, bolster, tape measure, screwdrivers etc) as well as boots, gloves, mask.

We can ensure ongoing work available (12 months+) for immediate start on a day rate basis, 5 days a week for those who are reliable, work hard and want to progress.

Excellent spoken English required.

Good day rates offered. £90-£150 per day before tax deductions.

Hours are 8am-4.30pm with an hour for lunch.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our fully-equipped workshop in Hersham, near Walton. Working in a small team along other skilled professionals, we can ensure ongoing work is available on a subcontractor basis, 5 days a week for those who are reliable, loyal and hardworking. Immediate start.

The exact role will vary, depending on the client we are working with and their requirements, but you will be required to:
•Work from drawings to manufacture bespoke items, such as doors, cupboards, staircases, shelves, wardrobes
•Comprise accurate cutting lists
•Work out the most appropriate joining methods for the application
•Use both hand and power tools
•Fill, sand, finish and paint wooden products as required
•Getting items ready for future installation on site by carpenters

Excellent spoken English is essential

We are looking for a Professional Skilled Carpenter to join our Residential Property sites in the SW11 and SW6 area.

You will have lots of experience of working on residential sites dealing with everything from loft building, floors, windows and hanging doors.

We have ongoing work available for immediate start on a day rate basis. The work initially will be 2nd fix as the 2 sites are nearing completion.

We can offer 5 days a week 50 weeks a year for at least 2 years should you want it.

We also have a joinery workshop for making bespoke cupboards, doors etc, but all other carpentry is done on site.
