Sales Executive – Construction & Building Maintenance Services
Location: London & Nationwide (UK-wide travel required)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team, specialising in construction-related services across London and the rest of the UK.
About the Role
You will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for services including:
Facade cleaning
Graffiti removal
General building maintenance
Exterior and specialist cleaning services
This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, industry knowledge, and the ability to close deals.
Essential Requirements
Proven sales experience within the construction or building maintenance industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Willingness to travel across London and the UK
Full UK driving licence preferred

As a company, we continue to invest in top-quality cleaning systems. Our newest investment being a gritco dry media cleaning system. This advanced system offers us greater control of the cleaning nozzles, providing us the ability to undertake fine work on delicate facade’s.

Yet another building in Kent that KAD Building Conservation Ltd has completed the cleaning on to the satisfaction of our client. Once more, KAD were able, through our years of knowledge and experience, to advise on the most effective cleaning process to be employed. KAD thoroughly cleaned the building using biocide and our DOFF cleaning system. The limestone is revitalised by our methodical removal of the moss and algae. This has ensured that when the better, dryer weather returns, the building will already be prepared and ready to be sealed.

KAD Building Conservation Ltd have successfully completed the cleaning process of a building in Kent. The building was thoroughly cleaned using our DOFF cleaning system and biocide. Due to our process the algae and moss was removed effectively and the bath stone was brought back to life. This ensured the building was prepped and ready to be sealed once better, dryer weather returns.
