A nice little job done for a great couple. Just a quick sink change over making the most of a small space. We ripped out the old sink took the tiles off the wall repaired damaged plasterboard and retiled the left hand side to match existing, brought the floor tiles up and through onto the small step and the client chose a fantastic tile for the back wall bringing character into the room.

Another flat under way here is the before and during pictures. We have done a total rip out all new electrics and plumbing new storage built in bedrooms and a TV wall built in the lounge with effective storage space underneath. New electric underfloor heating which saves having radiators taking up space in a small flat maximizing all of the space in the room. The garden been stripped back cleared up and new patio and stone put in giving the client a nice space to enjoy the garden .
