We started a new project just 6 working days ago consisting of air conditioning and ventilation to a new school in Thatcham. Within a week, we have managed to get in all containment, units hung and a good start on ductwork.

We will be installing the following:

6 x Daikin FXFQ cassettes
6 x Daikin VKM100 MVHR’s
1 x Daikin VAM250 MVHR
1 x Daikin RYYQ30 VRV
2 x Daikin FTXM42 wall mounted units
1 x Daikin Centralised controller
7 x CO2 sensors for the MVHRs

Installation at Brambledown Farm Shop in Sheerness. We removed 2 x 6kW under ceiling units on R22 and installed 3 x new 14kW Daikin under ceiling unit’s with new supports. All old pipework, cable and drain was removed with new installed throughout. Also the supporting wall at the rear of the property had angled over the years so we installed new framework to maximise support and ensures the new condensers were installed level. We were assured the wall was safe and had stopped moving, as well as the customer wanted them installed there.

Racking installed by in our newest van. Long 5 hour drive each way to Middlesbrough but fully worth it. Very happy with what the guys have done!

After a few changes due to some clashes early on, we managed to get a few units up in the air with some containment to finally make a start. This acted as a ‘benchmark’ for approval with the end client being happy and giving us the green light.

I must mention how good that tapering on the containment is going from 150-100. Well done Tom, that looks pucker!
