Proud to share the completion of a full renovation project for a 3-bedroom terraced home in E6. This comprehensive refurbishment included stripping all walls back to the original brick, followed by complete new plastering throughout the property. A full electrical rewire was carried out, with a minimum of four spotlights installed in every room to modernise and brighten the entire living space.

We installed a brand new boiler system with all new pipework, ensuring improved efficiency and long-term reliability. All internal door frames and doors were replaced to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

One of the key transformations in this project was merging the existing main bathroom and service bathroom into one large, modern family bathroom. In addition, the property received a full new roof installation, providing long-term structural protection.

The kitchen was fully redesigned and fitted with an entirely new layout and units. New flooring was installed throughout the house, creating a cohesive and contemporary finish across all areas.

This renovation delivered a high-quality, fully modernised home within a tight 68-day programme.

Completed a comprehensive refurbish and maintenance package for a 2-bedroom property (1 en-suite, 1 main bathroom, 1 shower room), including:

🎨 Painting & Surface Preparation

Full flat repaint: walls, ceilings and skirting boards

Removal of nails/hooks and filling of all required areas prior to painting

Bathroom grout cleaning on walls and floors where residue or mildew was present

🧼 External Cleaning

Jet washing of bedroom balcony floors

Jet washing of rooftop patio floors

🔧 Repairs & Reinstatements

Bedroom 1 smoke alarm reinstated and tested

Balcony: reinstated loose wooden floor slabs; roof patio checked as well

WC door re-aligned due to catching on the floor

Bosch integrated fridge freezer: replaced non-working light and supplied missing freezer drawer

Stairs to rooftop patio: walkway refreshed/repaired

Stairway light to bedroom replaced

Bath glass seal replaced

Main bathroom: showerhead and mixer tap buttons repaired

Shower glass door floor seal replaced

En-suite shower cubicle: removed mouldy silicone and fully re-siliconed

Small shower button repaired and tested

Reinstated right-hand blind in en-suite

Investigated kitchen plinth stains and checked for leaks

Repaired water-damaged internal surfaces

🚿 Final Checks

All built-in and hand-held showers tested to ensure full functionality, as several required attention.
