We love these fun tiles from Otto Tiles & Design 🤩

This full bathroom refurbishment completely transformed the feel of the space.

Our client wanted to strip everything back and keep the walls clean and classic with crisp white brick tiles and white grout, creating the perfect backdrop for the beautiful patterned floor tiles. Sometimes all it takes is one bold design choice to completely change the character of a room.

The floor tiles are the stunning Sea Sparkle Slim Line from Otto Tiles & Design, and we absolutely love how they bring personality without overpowering the space.

When space is limited, every decision matters 👇

For this Notting Hill studio, the brief wasn’t to create something bold or overly designed. It was about making a compact home feel calm, functional and timeless.

Simplicity and clean lines became the foundation of the renovation, allowing the quality of the materials and craftsmanship to speak for themselves.

One of our favourite elements was restoring the original floorboards, preserving the character of the property while giving them a new lease of life. In the bathroom, we replaced the outdated suite with natural marble, complemented by brushed brass fittings to create a space that feels elegant, considered and built to last.

Working within period properties often comes with its own challenges, but it’s also what makes these projects so rewarding. We believe great renovations don’t always have to be the loudest—they’re about making thoughtful choices that enhance the way a space is lived in.

A small milestone for Lelys Renovations.

Over the last few months we’ve been building the foundations of the newly rebranded business behind the scenes. From launching our new website and rebrand to creating a stronger identity for the company we’re growing.

This week, it was time to get our van looking the part.

We worked with on a set of magnetic van signs and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The ordering process was straightforward, the quality is excellent, and they were incredibly easy to apply.

It’s a small change, but seeing the Lelys Renovations name on the van feels like another exciting step forward.

With space at a premium, creating additional usable square footage doesn’t always mean extending your home.

This project transformed an underused garden into two bespoke timber buildings, constructed entirely from the ground up.

The first is a self-contained two-bedroom guest house, complete with an ensuite, kitchen, and living space. The second is a spacious storage building, designed to provide practical everyday functionality while complementing the overall design.

From the structural frame and roof construction through to the external cladding and finishing details, every stage was carefully crafted on site.

Whether it’s guest accommodation, a home office, additional living space, or simply making better use of your property, thoughtfully designed outdoor buildings can completely change the way a home functions.

In London, every square foot counts.

This basement was once a dark, unused storage space. By exposing and restoring the original brickwork, introducing bespoke joinery, and carefully considering the lighting, it has been transformed into a warm and functional home office. Big thanks to for all the electrical works.

One of our favourite things about renovation is uncovering the character that’s already there and giving it a new purpose.

What began as ‘Zygi’s Building and Maintenance’ as a one-man operation built through hard work, referrals and craftsmanship has now grown into something much bigger.

Today, we’re proud to introduce Lelys Renovations Ltd.

A West London design & build company specialising in end-to-end home renovations.

As the business continues to grow, so does our vision. We’re expanding beyond smaller projects and continuing to focus on larger residential renovations, bespoke interiors, extensions and full home transformations while maintaining the quality and attention to detail the business was built on.

With a growing team behind us, this rebrand reflects where we’re headed:
