ODInteriors recently delivered structural works and CAT A fit-out to the 1st and 2nd floors of 55 Drury Lane. The project scope included:

📌 Extension of 1st and 2nd floors to accommodate new balconies within the atrium and provide new floor space

📌 Light touch external enhancements to front elevation of the building
📌 Refurbishment of end of journey commuter facilities

The Avebury presents unique office spaces in the heart of Milton Keynes, with a new rooftop terrace area.

The ODInteriors team successfully conducted a full refurbishment of the building to CAT A and CAT A+ standard. A key focus area was the rooftop terrace, key to the client letting the space as uniquely positioned amidst surrounding office spaces in the area.
