🚀 We just shipped Spot in Kreo.

Spot is a live voice agent. You open a drawing, point at something and ask. It answers out loud.

What’s the area of this room? How long is this wall? Count all the doors like this one. What’s this symbol? Leave a comment here.

Spot does these itself in a couple of seconds. Bigger jobs it hands to Caddie: measure the whole floor, group everything by level, run one of the skills your team built. If Caddie has a question, Spot asks you, and you just answer.

I’ve been using it on real drawings for a few weeks and it changes how takeoff feels. You stop clicking and start talking it through, like you would with a colleague next to you.

SOC 2: done ✅

Months of policies, evidence and auditor calls, and Kreo has completed its SOC 2 audit. Not the most exciting project we've shipped, but one of the most important: you trust us with your bids, and now there's an independent report behind that trust.

Caddie just got a major upgrade.

Until now, every conversation with Caddie lived only as long as your browser tab. Close it, come back tomorrow — and the assistant that spent 20 minutes learning your project was a blank slate again.

That’s over.

💬 Caddie now saves every chat. Conversations are stored automatically, per project, and private to you. Open the project a week later and everything is exactly where you left it. You can rename chats, pin the important ones, and delete the ones you no longer need.

✨ After every answer, Caddie suggests 2–3 context-aware next steps. Counted the door tags? It offers to rename them. Finished the full cycle? It suggests exporting or adding them to a report. No generic “What else can I help with?” prompts.

🔌 For API users: you can now list and delete projects programmatically. Full project lifecycle — create, measure, export, and clean up — without manual work.

🛠️ A few more quality-of-life improvements: you can jump straight to the latest message, edit and resend your own messages, and delete drawing sheets directly from the chat (with confirmation).

Takeoff isn’t one question — it’s a sequence. Now Caddie finally remembers the sequence.

🔎 Find Similar with AI in Kreo: mark up the whole plan from a single sample

How it works:
1. 📐 Create any area measurement on the drawing — a room, a typical office, or a block of spaces.
2. 🤖 Turn on Find Similar Areas with AI in the side panel.
3. ⚡ Hit Create — the AI scans the entire drawing and marks up every matching area.

In the help article example, room #138 on an architectural floor plan is used as the sample, and the whole plan gets measured in one click.

Works with any area measurement, not just rooms. No missed spaces, no hundreds of repetitive clicks — takeoffs get done far faster.
