Commercial unit remodeling to architectural studio. Ground floor and lower ground floor renovation and additional basement space added to increase work space and add a kitchen, WC and a shower room.

An unexpected discovery was the Victorian bakers’ oven which on the client's demand was exposed and the original brick ceiling uncovered. A small office room was created. The rest of the building underwent a major transformations.

A completely new and modern electric and heating systems with air conditioning and MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery system) were installed. The studio environment is monitored for Co2, particulate matters, volatile compounds and general pollution ensuring that the workplace is healthy and comfortable.
