New Project Secured for Crofton Interiors!

We’re pleased to have been appointed to manage the dilapidation works for this 7,405 sq ft retail unit, spread across four floors. It’s an exciting opportunity to revitalise the space and prepare it for its future tenants.

The scope of works includes:
• Removal of the existing stud partitions and plasterboard ceilings
• Staircase removal
• Masonry repairs to the existing brickwork
• Roof repairs
• Flooring replacement
• Adjustments to lighting and fire alarm systems

Crofton Interiors were selected for this project due to our proven track record in delivering high-quality fitout works within challenging environments.

Our ability to operate within live environments, manage complex logistics, and coordinate multiple trades efficiently made us a strong fit for this project. Additionally, our proactive approach to health & safety, communication, and client collaboration helped build confidence in our capability to deliver under tight constraints and within the operational requirements of the shopping centre.

Tasked with striping out two retail units, back to shell core and readying them for new tenants. Works consist of:

Strip-out works:
- Install fire rated hoarding to shopfront line.
- Isolate all incoming supplies.
- Strip-out all ceilings.
- Strip-out all tenant installed additions.
- Strip-out all flooring including screed.
- Strip-out all partition walls.
- Strip-out shopfronts.
- Strip-out all M&E.

New works:
- Thoroughly clean floors.
- Supply and install new DPM to floor.
- Re-screed floors throughout.
- Supply and install new fire doors to fire escape lobby.
- Undertake decoration works.
- Undertake firestopping works.
- Undertake steelwork fire protection.
- Undertake roof repairs following plant removal.

We are pleased to announce that Crofton Interiors have secured and commenced a new project at Chandos Nursery School!

Scope includes:
• Full internal strip out of all WC's, kitchens and classrooms to make a large open plan nursery area.
• Installation of new staff and children’s toilets, including baby change.
• Installation of new staff room and kitchenette.
• Installation of new pads and steels for new office area.
• New soft playground area together with further landscaping.

This 10 week project will be carried out over the summer holidays, we cant wait to see the finished result!

Working alongside our exceptional client, Recycleye, we transformed this dilapidated and tired office space into a modern and bright environment, where the office and warehouse teams can now make full use of this multipurpose workspace.

The Whiteley Development, a prestigious mixed-use project in Bayswater, North London, includes luxury residential units, high-end retail spaces, and modern amenities that combine to create a hub of contemporary living and lifestyle. Crofton Interiors were appointed on a design and build basis for Retail Unit R17, the marketing suite of this development. Our primary objective was to create a high-end, contemporary interior that would embody the design language of the residential units above and serve as an immersive marketing experience for potential buyers.
