Our team has started another exiting project in Ealing - conversion of a single dwelling into two self contained flats. Works will include extensive basement conversion with front and rear lightwells, rear extension, complete property refurbishment, landscaping, new windows and doors, fitout throughout the new flats. BTW, basement extension in London is a great way to add so much space to your property and dramatically increase its value as well :)

We are so proud to finish this amazing project in the heart of Clapham Common. The house looks absolutely stunning after full refurbishment, basement extension, kitchen side return extension and loft conversion. Shall I also mention that after all the extension works the house got additional 100 sq. meters? :)

We are very excited to start new flat refurbishment project in South Kensington, SW7, Harrington Gardens. After all demolition works are done, the space even now looks amazing with so much air and 3.2 meter ceilings. Can't wait to see the place refurbished :) Some of the feature will include marble tiled bathroom, updated acoustic system, air conditioning throughout the property, mist system and herringbone parquet flooring.

A lot of excavation works are happening this week at our new project in South East London. Looks like this is a normal routine for a basement extension but you will be surprised to know that in reality the owner wants side extension as well as loft conversion. This will add lots of space and eventually will be used as a HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy). Can't wait to see the outcome 🏡🤩
