We built an impressive reception area, a contemporary business lounge onlooking Fleet Place, fitted-out 21,000 sq ft of office space to Cat-A standard and installed stylish lifts and new cycle storage and shower facilities.

Oxford International College School Brighton Ovingdean Hall

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our project at Oxford International College Brighton's new home at Ovingdean Hall 🙌 .
 
Our team have renovated and redeveloped Ovingdean Hall, to provide state-of-the-art education facilities for students and teachers. 
 
The college now boasts boarding capacity for 240 students, modern teaching facilities, a new common room and student cafe, dining hall, medical centre, gym, prayer room and a learning resource centre. The works also included associated M&E services, external works, new services connections and drainage works.

The has seen our team strip-out, reconfigure, and refurbish the ground and first floors of USP College's Seevic Campus, to create T-Level Digital, Health, Science, Early Years and Childcare facilities for their students.

The has seen our team restore and six abandoned under the viaduct next to the station ✨.

Benefitting from a new lease of life, these spaces are set to be used as light industrial units with the potential for flexible uses 💪.

The will see our team the Jubilee and Howard buildings, followed by fabric repairs at the Jubilee building.

Works will include an internal soft strip-out, roof and gutter repairs, window refurbishments and installation, and below ground drainage.

Great news! We have some exciting project announcements to end the year!...🎉

Our first major announcement is our appointment at Rochester Community Healthy Living Centre by Community Health Partnerships 👏.

Anthony Corbett's team will lead on the construction of an area to accommodate a new mobile cancer treatment unit.

Works will include the formation of a new structural base for the new mobile CT unit, improved accessibility, landscaping and extensive mechanical and electrical works 🛠️.

We are delighted to announce our of a Grade II listed townhouse, located in London Mayfair area, is now complete 👏.

Working with renowned architectural and interior designer and LH&E Cost Consultancy as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor, we have completed a full refurbishment of the building in the architects distinctive style.

Featuring many standout design features, our team installed a statement staircase to serve all 6 floors, replaced windows and fully refurbished and fitted-out the to provide high end executive offices, meeting rooms and support areas.
