🏗️ **Weekly Site Progress | St Mark’s, London**

Another busy week at our **St Mark’s project in London**, with the PWB team progressing several key areas of the drylining and fire protection package.

This week we’ve been **setting out and first fixing the party wall systems**, incorporating **British Gypsum FireStrip** as part of the required fire performance detailing.

Works are also progressing with the **insulation and fire protection cladding to the new structural steel columns**, alongside the installation of new **FireLine boards to the underdraw**.

We’ve also **plastered the riser cupboards ahead of programme**, allowing them to be mist coated before the M&E installation begins. A relatively small bit of forward planning, but one that makes life easier for everyone and avoids trying to complete finishes around installed services later in the programme.

Logistics continue to be a challenge, with **restricted loading and limited space on site** meaning deliveries and material distribution need careful planning and coordination.

Another good week of progress and a great example of different trades working together to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Another productive week on site at St Mark's, with great progress being made across several key areas of the project.

Our team has been busy encasing the new structural steel columns in Glasroc, providing the required fire protection, while first fixing the new partition systems to define the internal layout ready for the next phase of works. We've also been forming the service route letterboxes, ensuring coordinated access for the M&E installations that will follow.

It's great to see the project continuing to move forward thanks to the quality workmanship and dedication of everyone on site.

Another week of progress at our St Mark's project, with the team making excellent headway on both the SFS installation and Fireline underdraw.

The steel framing system is taking shape, providing the structural framework for the next stages of the build, while the Fireline underdraw is being installed to deliver the required fire performance and create a solid foundation for the internal finishes to follow.

A great example of careful planning, quality workmanship and close collaboration on site to keep the programme moving safely and efficiently.

Every successful project starts with solid preparation. This week we took delivery of the steel framing system (SFS) for one of our latest projects, with the tower crane keeping materials moving safely and efficiently across site. Careful planning, coordinated logistics and the right equipment are essential to maintaining programme and ensuring our installation teams can hit the ground running. It's always great to see a project move from the planning stage into physical progress. We look forward to sharing updates as the SFS installation advances and the building begins to take shape.
