First Imagine is thrilled to join Dryad Networks' €6.3M funding round. Dryad is revolutionizing wildfire management and forest health monitoring with their Silvanet solution—solar-powered gas sensors deployed in large-scale IoT networks for ultra-early wildfire detection.
This new capital injection will enable Dryad to scale the Silvanet platform while advancing the development of Florian, an innovative solution that combines AI-driven early detection with autonomous wildfire suppression capabilities.
As Boris Dorin, Partner at First Imagine, noted: “Dryad’s groundbreaking approach to wildfire detection and suppression is exactly the kind of transformative technology we aim to support. With wildfires increasing in intensity and frequency due to climate change, scalable and proactive solutions are more urgent than ever.
